2010 Phyllis Lawson Scholarship Winners   
 

The WAVA Scholarship Committee is pleased to announce the following CTE students are the recipients of the $1,000 scholarship:

Kyra Smith, Advanced Digital Video Production, Mountain View High School, Evergreen School District

Ariana Sheridan, Sports Medicine, Klahowya Secondary School, Central Kitsap School District 

2009 Phyllis Lawson Scholarship Winners  

The College/Type II winner is Shari Schindler.  Shari is currently a Central Washington University FACSE student who will be entering her pre-autumn experience in August 2008.

2008 Phyllis Lawson Scholarship Winners

The College/Type II winner is Shari Schindler.  Shari is currently a Central Washington University FACSE student who will be entering her pre-autumn experience in August 2008.

The student winner is Rebecca Shorr.  Rebecca is a 2008 graduate of Kentlake HS.  She will be attending Washington State University this Fall 2008.  She will become a major in the Health Sciences.

2007 Scholarship Award Winners

The College/Type II winner is Elizabeth Shultz. She is in her final year of the business ed. program at CWU and will student teach this fall in the North Thurston school district.

The student winner is Loretta Arth, from Rochester. Loretta was an outstanding Ag student, FFA officer, class valedictorian, and student-athlete.
